Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026 | Please read these terms carefully before initiating any project or service agreement with Malik Hammad Digital.

01. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing our website, hiring Malik Hammad Digital, or executing a project proposal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our design, development, and consulting services.

02. Scope of Services

Malik Hammad Digital provides custom digital development services, including Web Design, Custom Web Development, WordPress Architecture, E-Commerce Stores, Technical SEO, Landing Page Engineering, and Website Maintenance.

Specific project scope, timelines, deliverables, and total costs will be defined in a formal project contract or quotation prior to execution.

03. Payment Terms & Invoicing

All service engagements require defined financial milestone deposits before work commences:

  • Initial Deposit: Standard projects require a 50% upfront deposit before design/development begins.
  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and staging review, prior to live server deployment or source code transfer.
  • Maintenance Subscriptions: Ongoing maintenance packages are billed recurringly at the start of each service cycle.

Payment Policy: All deposits are non-refundable once design wireframes or development work has commenced.

04. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear feedback and required digital assets (branding files, text content, image media, and server credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary materials may extend agreed-upon delivery timelines.

05. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final balance settlement, full ownership of the final web build, custom design layouts, and custom source code will transfer completely to the client. Malik Hammad Digital retains the right to display completed project work within our portfolio and case study showcases unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to project kickoff.

06. Third-Party Licenses & Hosting

Projects may utilize third-party plugins, APIs, fonts, or web hosting infrastructure. Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions or licenses for third-party tools selected for their custom stack after handoff, unless managed under an active Maintenance Plan with us.

07. Limitation of Liability

Malik Hammad Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or server downtime) resulting from third-party hosting failures, client-side code modifications, or cyber attacks occurring outside our active maintenance stack.
